Restitution of Results from Projet DevOCGen

Last 1-4 December there was the restitution week for the project DevOCGen (Développement et applications de nouveaux outils pour la gestion et la conservation des populations naturelles à partir de données génomiques). Today the presentation slides are available here. There were talks about haplotagging, genetic studies of endangered species in the Occitanie region and methods to estimate demography, population size and population fragmentation from molecular markers. There were also workshops about the methods developped during the project that are available here.
