GDR-AIEM : annual meeting 2025

Last 5 to 7 November 2025 there was the Annual Meeting of the GDR-AIEM in Saint-Martin-de-Londres (France). Two people from our group at CBGP presented their work. Paul Bunel, presented his work on the use of Hidden Markov Models for the inference of effective population size and selection coefficient of loci under selection from temporal series of genetic data (Uhl et al. 2025). Jules Romieu presented his work using simulation-based inference for characterizing the proportion of the genome that is affected by adaptive introgression.
